The Osage Window

The Osage Window
The Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Pawhuska, Oklahoma is also known as the "Cathedral of the Osage".  Built mostly from generous donations from the Osage parishoners, and their great love of God and the Catholic faith, the Vatican commissioned the Osage Window (the only window in the world at that time) to depict actual living Osage Indians with the Jesuit Priest Shoenmakers.
